Is this veterinary advice?+
No. Lumicat is an educational monitoring tool. It turns published, general guidance into a checklist for your pet's profile. It cannot examine your animal, cannot diagnose and cannot prescribe. Anything urgent goes to a vet — the plan tells you when that is.
What does it cost?+
7 days free, then €4.39 per week — about €19.02 a month, €228.28 a year. Cancel in one click from your account, including during the free days. Cancelling stops the next charge; your plan stays open until the end of the period you already paid for.
Where is my pet's data stored?+
On Stripe, our payment provider, attached to your customer record. We run no database of our own. Before you subscribe, your answers stay in your browser only.
How do I get back in later?+
Enter your email on the sign-in page. We send a link that opens your plan — no password to remember or to lose.
Can I add more than one pet?+
Yes. Every pet gets their own plan, and one subscription covers the household.
